Lenten Observance

During Lent we are asked to renew our commitment to the Lord with acts of prayer,

fasting and Almsgiving—we should do all 3. To discipline our bodies with fasting, to help others with our supporting charity and to deepen our spiritual relationship with the Lord in Prayer, perhaps by going to mass more often or spending time in the blessed sacrament chapel or joining our Alpha Course.
