Did you know 9.5 million tonnes of food is wasted every year in the UK? Local supermarkets have teamed up with us here at Holy Cross to combat food waste and do our bit for the community by donating to SCRAN – our Holy Cross School Larder. Together we aim to
provide support and offer a range of good quality food items to anyone in our community who will benefit from it. Whether you have been impacted by today’s harsh economic climate or the rise in the cost of living, it is our hope that families can use SCRAN.
